And here they are on their big day! The day was perfect. Yeah, it stormed (but they say that’s good luck, right?), but everyone who came had a blast, as you’ll see in the reception photos. These two had been waiting for this day for a long time, and I feel privileged to have been able to photograph their special day. The only hard thing about shooting friends’ weddings is taking pictures through blurry eyes. Their ceremony was so touching, and it didn’t help that my hormones are raging. Haha. I love you both, and I hope you enjoy your photos!
Here’s Dan and his mom before the ceremony.
I LOVE this girl’s eyes. Dan’s very lucky to be able to gaze into them for the rest of his life 🙂
They couldn’t have had a more perfect flower girl. Isn’t she precious?
Lindsay had to crouch down behind the chairs right before the ceremony because Dan was RIGHT THERE. My awesome hubby took this one.
Look how excited he is to see his bride.
I love the symbolism of the unity candle… leaving and cleaving.
And the kiss! It was quite the kiss.
You are now husband and wife. I love the maid of honor, Nikki’s, face. So proud.
The bridal party was hilarious! This series cracks me up.
The goofy groomsmen.
Some details from the reception.
The band was AWESOME! Dan and Lindsay picked out the best playlist.
The first dance… these are by far my favorite.
I had so much fun with the mirrored ceiling!
A little girl with a camera can easily steal my heart. Hopefully this is my daughter in a few years 🙂
Sweet moment with Lindsay and Pastor Mark.
Toasting the bride and groom.
More fun with the mirror! Oh, and the sweet disco ball.
I love this moment between the bride and maid of honor. Nikki was letting Lindsay know what she was about to go do.
